Flagged listings are reviewed by TRUZH moderation. Items violating standards are removed and sellers are notified.

Standards every listing must meet

Clear listing standards

  • Accurate titles, honest condition labels (New, Like New, Good, Fair, Poor).
  • Required disclosure of defects, missing parts, repairs, or alterations.
  • No counterfeit claims, misleading brand usage, or replica items.
  • Prohibited item categories are automatically flagged and removed.

Photo-based transparency

  • Multiple angles required: front, back, sides, and close-ups of tags or serials.
  • Well-lit, real photos only. Stock images are not permitted.
  • Proof of purchase encouraged for high-value electronics, watches, and designer goods.
  • Photos are reviewed by community members and flagged if misleading.

Trusted community signals

  • Verified seller profiles with identity checks within community groups.
  • Seller ratings, completed trade history, and buyer reviews.
  • Active moderation in TRUZH communities and clans.
  • Community reporting tools remove suspicious content within hours.

Safety-first policies

  • All communications should stay in the TRUZH in-app chat.
  • Supported payment methods offer buyer protection. Avoid off-platform transfers.
  • Meet in public, well-lit locations for local pickup. Never alone for high-value trades.
  • Report and block any user who pressures you off-platform.

Identity Verified

Seller has confirmed their identity via a verified community or direct verification.

Trusted Seller

10 or more completed trades with an average rating of 4.5 stars or above.

Active Community Member

Participates in a verified TRUZH community or clan with admin oversight.
