1Preparing your item
Before listing, clean your item, check it for defects, and gather any accessories, manuals, or original packaging. A well-prepared item photographs better, sells faster, and generates fewer disputes. Items in good, honest condition sell reliably on TRUZH.
2Creating your listing
Click Sell from your dashboard, select the appropriate category, upload clear photos, write an honest title and description, set your price, and choose the trust tier where you want your item to appear. Review everything before publishing. Accurate listings build seller reputation.
3Managing enquiries
Once your listing is live, you may receive messages from interested buyers. Respond promptly and politely. Be prepared to answer questions about condition, shipping, and availability. Quick, helpful responses significantly increase the likelihood of a successful sale.
4Editing or removing your listing
You can edit a listing at any time after publishing. Update photos, description, price, or trust tier from your listing management page. Changes go live instantly and the listing keeps its views, saves, and message history. When an item sells, mark it as sold rather than deleting it; this preserves your seller reputation and review history. Remove listings only when you no longer have the item available. Keeping your catalogue accurate builds buyer trust and reduces dispute risk.
