1Payment declined
If your payment is declined, first verify your card details and available balance. Contact your bank if the decline persists, as they may have flagged the transaction as unusual. TRUZH does not see the reason for bank-side declines, so your bank is the best source of information.
2Payment pending
Some payments enter a pending state while additional security checks are performed. This is normal for high-value transactions or new payment methods. Pending payments typically resolve within a few hours.
3Double charges
If you see a duplicate charge on your statement, it is often a temporary authorisation hold that will disappear within a few business days. If the charge persists, contact contact@truzh.com with your transaction details for investigation.
