1Why create a Clan
A Clan is a private trading circle you create and control: a neighbourhood group, a sports club, a hobby community, or a shared workplace outside your formal Community. Clans let people trade inside a trusted boundary you define, with members you approve, free from the broader Public Marketplace. Creating a Clan is free, takes a few minutes, and opens up a new tier of trust-based commerce for the people you bring in.
2Creating your Clan
Open your profile, select Create a Clan, and provide a name, short description, and optional photo. Decide whether the Clan is discoverable (anyone can request to join) or invite-only (invisible until you add members). Set a joining criterion if you want one, for example proof of club membership or neighbourhood residence. Once created, you become the Clan admin and can invite members immediately.
3Inviting and approving members
Invite members by sharing your Clan link, by searching TRUZH usernames, or by approving join requests. Every membership goes through your approval. Nobody joins automatically. You can remove members at any time, transfer admin rights to a co-moderator, or pause new joins temporarily while the Clan settles in.
4Your responsibilities as admin
As Clan admin, you are responsible for upholding our Community Standards inside your Clan: no prohibited items, no harassment, no circumventing platform rules. You moderate content, handle internal disputes before escalating, and set the tone for the group. TRUZH provides moderation tools, reporting channels, and support, but the day-to-day culture of your Clan is yours to shape. Admins who consistently violate guidelines may lose their Clan privileges.
